Welcome to SKILLER, operated by FOOTHOME LLC (“SKILLER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 111 Town Square Place, Jersey City, New Jersey 07310.

1. Eligibility

SKILLER is available to users of all ages.

• Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• Users under 13 may only use SKILLER with parental or guardian consent

By using SKILLER, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What SKILLER Provides

SKILLER is a football training platform that includes:

• Training plans and sessions

• Skill development content

• Progress tracking and analytics

• Leaderboards and rankings

• Community posting features

• User profiles and uploaded content

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your account secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

SKILLER offers:

• $9.99/month subscription

• $99/year subscription

How billing works:

• Accounts are created through our website

• Payments are processed via Stripe

• Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Billing Portal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

Managing your subscription:

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your account

• Access the Stripe Billing Portal

• Cancel your subscription directly through Stripe

Subscriptions cannot be managed inside the app.

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable.

Canceling your subscription:

• Stops future billing

• Does not refund past payments

Billing confirmations:

You may receive billing confirmations and receipts from our payment provider.

5. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will last for the period presented to you at signup (for example, 7 days). Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. User Content

You may upload:

• Videos

• Profile images

• Comments

• Training data

• Posts

You retain ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant SKILLER permission to host, display, and use your content within the platform.

You confirm that:

• You own your content or have permission to use it

• Your content does not violate any laws or rights

You understand that content you upload may be publicly visible and accessible to other users.

We may remove content at any time.

7. Community Rules

Users may NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or bully others

• Post inappropriate, sexual, or abusive content

• Upload copyrighted content without permission

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Spam or promote unauthorized content

• Share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

• Promote unsafe or dangerous challenges

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Account suspension

• Permanent bans

8. Public Features

SKILLER allows:

• Public posting

• Leaderboards

• User-uploaded videos

• Public profiles

By using SKILLER, you understand your content may be visible to others.

9. Children and Parental Responsibility

SKILLER allows users under 13 with parental consent.

Parents are responsible for:

• Monitoring their child’s activity

• Approving participation

• Understanding that content may be publicly visible

10. Health and Medical Disclaimer

SKILLER provides training content for educational purposes only.

We are not medical professionals.

You should consult a professional before participating in physical activity. Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

11. Assumption of Risk

Football training involves inherent risks, including injury and physical harm.

By using SKILLER, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

12. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOOTHOME LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of SKILLER.

13. Educational Content

Some content on SKILLER may include match analysis, commentary, and educational breakdowns. Such content is provided for informational and educational purposes.

14. Intellectual Property

All original SKILLER platform content, including branding, design, training systems, graphics, and proprietary materials, are owned by FOOTHOME LLC.

User-generated content remains the property of the user who submitted it.

SKILLER may display content that includes third-party materials as part of analysis, commentary, or educational content. All rights to such third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any SKILLER content except as permitted by these Terms or with written permission.
